The apartment is on the first floor and the south-facing aspect offers stunning panoramic views across Kas town and harbour to the Greek Island of Kastellorizo.

The apartment has a double and a twin bedroom which share a balcony and a family bathroom. The living area is open plan with a kitchen, dining and lounge area which comfortably seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering needs. The front balcony is accessed by patio doors in the lounge area.  There you can enjoy the fantastic views as you enjoy a meal or pre-dinner drinks whilst watching the sunset. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment and wifi internet.

Mediterranean View apartment has shared use of a swimming pool and sun terrace which are in front of the apartment building. There are sun loungers for use by the pool. It is the perfect place for you to relax after a hard day sightseeing and discovering the local area.

Because of the apartment’s proximity to the town centre it is not necessary to have a car during your stay. However, if you do then there is a small shared parking area under the pool terrace or free parking in the adjacent streets. Buses and taxis can you take to places of local interest.
