About Us

We are Omer Kolak and Hilary Jardine, the husband and wife team of Alba Property Home Management. We established Alba Property in November 2014 and as well as renting out apartments and villas for our customers we also provide home management, pool and garden management and project manage renovations. We are based in Kas year round and have an office in the town centre.

Omer is Kas born and bred and has worked in the property management business for the last 15 years. As a result, he has a reliable network of local tradesmen and a good understanding of the Turkish tourism industry. Hilary has lived in Kas for the last 4 years but is originally from Scotland.  Before moving to Kas she worked for 12 years in London in the finance department of a couple of tour operators.  She assists Omer on the administrative side of the business.  Also working for Alba Property is Aytekin Kolak and Emre Kolak, Omer’s cousins. They are responsible for the maintenance of pools and gardens and the summer rentals.

We aim to provide a very friendly and personal service.  For all properties, we are on hand both pre-arrival and post-departure for any questions you may have regarding the properties.  If you choose to stay at a property we look after we will also meet you at the villa to ensure that everything is in order and to answer any questions you may have.  We will be on call 24/7 throughout your stay should you have any issues or queries. We understand that your holiday time is precious and want you to have the most enjoyable time.

In 2020 Alba Property attained Turkish travel agency status under the name Kolak Turizm Seyahat Acentasi. We are affiliated with the Turkish Travel Agents Association, TURSAB, the membership number is 12076.
