Seaview apartment is a 2 bedroom duplex with panoramic views of Kas town, harbour and marina and the Greek islands in the distance. It is in a residence sitting above Kas town centre. In under 10 minutes’ walk, you will reach the sea and the town centre with its restaurants, cafes, and shops.

On the entrance level, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Patio doors in the living area lead to a balcony where you can enjoy the fantastic views whilst dining al fresco or watching the sunset. Also on this floor is a dining room and a bathroom. On the lower floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have balconies with sea views and provide access to the sun terrace, garden and shared infinity pool.
Seaview apartment overlooks the shared infinity swimming pool and sun terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for your self-catering needs. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.

If you have use of a car during your stay there is free parking to the rear of the building. However, given the proximity of the town centre a car is not essential. Buses or taxis can take you to local places of interest.
