Villa Troya is perched on the end of the Kas peninsula with wonderful panoramic sea views. You can enjoy the stunning sunsets in technicolour whilst sipping an aperitif before your BBQ dinner. The large sun terrace is a great place for evening meals and there is plenty of sunbathing space by the infinity pool and jacuzzi. Blissed out relaxation.

The smart, polished interior is modern and comfortable. Wall to wall patio doors run along the ground floor allowing direct access to the sun terrace from the living area. This comprises of lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and coffee machine.
Upstairs in Villa Troya are the three bedrooms. All the bedrooms have balconies with sea views and ensuite bathroom facilities. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds whilst the third has two singles.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet.

Villa Troya has parking by the villa for up to 2 cars. However, it is not essential to have a car. The local bus service which operates between Kas town centre and the peninsula runs every 30minutes during the summer season. You can pick up the bus 10m from the villa.
