The entrance to the villa is via a walkway leading to the first floor. You will enter the living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen.  Patio doors lead you to the front balcony which has wonderful sea views. Outside on the balcony, you will find another dining area with a BBQ and a lounge area. Round the corner is a shaded spot that is ideal for breakfasts during the summer.

On this entrance floor, there is also a twin bedroom and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads up to the second floor with the master bedroom suite featuring a jacuzzi bath, ensuite bathroom, and balcony with sea views. A twin bedroom and double bedroom on this floor share a bathroom.
Taking the stairs down to the ground floor you will find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The sixth bedroom can be a twin or a double. It has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. The pool table and table tennis table are in a living area on this floor. Patio doors lead you to the pool terrace.

There is a private parking area to the rear of the building. There are several hotels within 5 minute’s walking distance that welcome non-residents to their restaurants, bars, and other facilities.
