A classically modern and well finished 4 bedroom villa located on the lagoon side of the Kas Peninsula. Villa Sunshine is the ideal location for a family or group of friends to enjoy a holiday together. You can enjoy the sun terrace with a private pool and wonderful sea views. There is a BBQ for evening meals alfresco.

As you enter the villa a wooden staircase takes you down to the living area or up to the first floor. On the first floor of the villa, you will find 3 of the bedrooms – 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom – all have ensuite shower rooms and balconies with sea views.
The living area on the ground floor has 3 distinct areas for lounging, dining and the kitchen as well as a utility room and a bathroom.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs with a cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, crockery, utensils, etc. In the utility room are the washing machine and other housekeeping equipment. The fourth bedroom is a double and has its own separate access from the garden. It is located below the pool terrace with its own private patio and has an ensuite bathroom.
There is air conditioning throughout the villa and wireless internet.

Villa Sunshine has private parking for 2 cars by the entrance gates. It is not essential to have a car during your stay. There is a local bus service operating between the peninsula and Kas town centre every 30 minutes during the summer season. You can catch the bus 20m from the villa. Taxis are also abundant and inexpensive with a fixed fare between the town centre and the peninsula.
