Grand Sunset is a wonderful 6 bedroom villa on the exclusive Kas peninsula. It has a modern spacious interior and is perfect for large families or groups wishing to holiday together. Both the interior and exterior can comfortably accommodate 12 people. There is a large sun terrace with an infinity swimming pool. Sun loungers and a soft seating area allow you to relax and chill out whilst enjoying the great sea views.  There is an outside dining and BBQ area to enjoy sundowners and evening meals as the sunset’s. A stairway through the garden will take you to the private sea platform. The decking is over two levels and sun loungers and sea ladders providing sea access.

Villa Grand Sunset has 6 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. There are 4 doubles and a twin bedroom on the first floor and a 5th double on the ground floor. The first-floor bedrooms all have balconies with sea views and the master bedroom has a jacuzzi. The bedroom on the ground floor has patio doors leading to the sun terrace.
The ground floor’s living area has patio doors leading you to the sun terrace. The ceiling is open to the wooden beams and the extra height provides a great sense of grandeur. The kitchen area and a dining table to seat 12 people are to the left of the lounge.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wifi.

It is not essential to have a car for your stay at the villa as there is a local bus service that operates between Kas town centre and the peninsula. And there is an abundance of taxis. If you do have use of a car then there is parking for up to 3 cars to the rear of the villa.
