‘Capehouse’ is a waterfront, two storey private detached villa with large private pool and private access to the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean sea. As you walk into the large living area you are confronted with beautiful views of the sea, the small islands, and the Taurus Mountains. The living area is open plan with high ceilings which combined provides a lovely, light, tranquil feeling. You can choose to dine indoors or outside on the extensive terraces. As the villa faces the west you will enjoy spectacular sunsets every evening.

The downstairs area of Capehouse includes 4 en-suite bedrooms, two of which have sea views. All of them have their own access to the outdoor pool area. There is also a separate laundry room with an extra fridge for your poolside drinks. In addition, there is a studio built under the carport that has an ensuite double bedroom. It has a separate entrance, air conditioning, and a treadmill if you fancy a workout!
You can take the private pathway down to your own sea platform with access to the beautiful Mediterranean. There you can sunbathe and swim.

There is a covered parking area for 2 cars. However, the use of a car is not essential as you can make use of the local minibus service (‘dolmus’) to take you the 10 minutes drive to Kas town centre.
