Villa Sunset is a spacious 4 bedroom villa on the lagoon side of the Kas Peninsula on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast. It’s elevated position provides wonderful sea and mountain views. You can relax by the infinity pool during the day, in the evening enjoy a sundowner on the terrace whilst the sun sets on the horizon and later a BBQ dinner.

Villa Sunset has been refurbished this winter with a new kitchen, curtains, bedroom furnishings and windows throughout. The villa has a large open plan ground floor with extensive lounge seating area, dining table, and kitchen. Sliding patio doors in the living area provide great sea views and take you to the terrace with outside dining suite and soft seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped including a large refrigerator, cooker, oven and coffee machine.  There is also a shared shower room on this floor.

On the upper floor of the villa are three bedrooms all with balconies and sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed with mosquito net and en-suite bathroom. There are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a family bathroom. The fourth bedroom suite is accessed from the garden giving increased privacy. It is a spacious room with a double bed, seating area, and en suite bathroom.
There is air conditioning throughout, cable TV and wifi broadband internet.

There is private parking by the villa and a garage below the pool terrace. If you prefer not to drive you can catch the local bus into Kas town. The bus loops the peninsula from the town centre every 30 minutes during the summer season.
